By placing an order with HogRockers (operated by Ironhorse Outfitters) you agree to the terms below.

Custom work

Every rocker is made to order with the text, size, and color you choose. Please check spelling and color in the preview before you pay; we stitch exactly what you approved. Because they are personalized, custom patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or differ from what you ordered. In that case, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or refund them.

Colors

The on-screen preview is a close approximation. Thread colors vary slightly between monitors, dye lots, and lighting; small differences are not defects.

Pricing and fees

Prices are in US dollars. A processing convenience fee equal to the card or PayPal processor's charge is shown at checkout and added to your total. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout and is free on qualifying orders.

Payment and production

Your order goes into production only after the payment processor confirms payment. Orders that are not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically. Typical production time is shown on the shop page and may be longer during busy seasons; we will let you know if your order is delayed.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address; packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped for the cost of postage.

Trademarks and refused orders

We do not reproduce licensed logos or artwork and will decline custom text that uses a protected name or mark. If we cannot make an item, we will refund it in full.
